Contract Administration
Renovating a property takes a lot of time that involves the bid process or placing orders for furniture and equipment, as well as the actual construction and installation work. Designers are traditionally responsible for the installation supervision of the architectural finishes and furnishings that they have specified for the project. The project management responsibility of the designer at this stage centers on ordering of merchandise, supervising deliveries and installations and overseeing the bid process.
